Your home – it’s the place where pencil marks measure the growth of your children and the bank measures your personal equity. Your home is not only your sanctuary, but also your largest investment. The decisions and processes that go into purchasing a home are often fueled as much by emotions as they are by pragmatism and legalities. Because the process is as deeply personal as it is financial, your choice of REALTOR® becomes paramount. Having an ally to help navigate the waters of real estate can make all the difference when it comes to property ownership.
Over the past 25 years I have become a licensed REALTOR® and purchased, renovated and sold over a dozen properties. It was with plaster under my nails, and paint in my hair that I fell in love with the process of making a home the best it could be. I spent twelve years as a paralegal, before embarking down the trail towards commercial real estate.
I came to my profession as a REALTOR® with both my tool belt and a business suit. I not only possess an in-depth knowledge of the law surrounding Real Estate, but I am not scared to get my hands dirty. It is the marriage between the two that makes me a unique choice for my clients. People are often taken aback that I posses not only a broad knowledge of the legal system, but I also include staging and light renovations in my package to help sell a home. But to me this just makes good business sense. How better to develop relationships with clients than to pick up a paint brush? How better to sell a home than to stage it for the exact demographic that will be purchasing? In my approach to real estate I am re-defining the status quo. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or making a purchase as an investment, I have been there and will adapt to your needs.
Being a good Realtor is about doing what is best financially and personally for each client. It is about meeting each individual home owner and guiding you down the path that is not only the most profitable but the most suited to your lifestyle. The only way to help clients meet their goals, is to get to know them in a real way, ask about their priorities and expectations and then work as a team to accomplish these goals.
Whether you need trusted advice, or a room painted last minute before a showing, I will help you through the process of purchasing and selling your home to make the transition as comfortable and profitable as possible.
