Over the past 25 years I have become a licensed REALTOR® and purchased, renovated and sold over a dozen properties. It was with plaster under my nails, and paint in my hair that I fell in love with the process of making a home the best it could be. I spent twelve years as a paralegal, before embarking down the trail towards commercial real estate.
I came to my profession as a REALTOR® with both my tool belt and a business suit. I not only possess an in-depth knowledge of the law surrounding Real Estate, but I am not scared to get my hands dirty. It is the marriage between the two that makes me a unique choice for my clients. People are often taken aback that I posses not only a broad knowledge of the legal system, but I also include staging and light renovations in my package to help sell a home. But to me this just makes good business sense. How better to develop relationships with clients than to pick up a paint brush?
